We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery, which means no cross-contamination, so we are safe for people with Celiac Disease. I myself have Celiac Disease,” shares owner Priscilla Demello. Visitors will find an impressive variety of offerings, from savory options like Italian herb focaccia and cheddar herb dinner rolls, to sweet indulgences such as lemon custard coffee cake, double chocolate chip macadamia nut muffins, fudge brownies, jumbo cupcakes, and even Paczki during the month leading up to Fat Tuesday. Recently, this spot has expanded with a café inside the bakery, giving guests even more ways to enjoy their breads, desserts, and savory comfort foods.
